AllPro has access to the production facilities to meet shipping, service, and customer needs. These plants specialize in specific types of homes and are staffed with certified professionals. Canadians have long been recognized as leaders in panelized home building technology, and OUR PRODUCTION FACILITIES ARE AMONG THE MOST SOPHISTICATED AVAILABLE IN NORTH AMERICA TODAY.

Getting Started

Email, phone, fax, or contact us and ask any questions you may have. Tell us what you want and let us draft your plans (we have competitively priced drafting plan service). Draft your own plans (be sure your home is designed to fit your lot. Slope, access, soil type and exposure should all be considered). Send your plans for a preliminary estimate.

Design & Drafting

If your architectural fees seem to be on the high side then consider using our drafting services. Tell us or show us what you would like in a home and we can design and draw the plans. We can supply you with finished plans based on "fee for service" paid in advance. Any adjustments to the plans are included in the pricing. Finalization of the plans is determined when your signature is on each page. Our pricing is very competitive in most global markets, so make sure you contact us for a quote before you proceed.

What will it cost? Prices vary based on plan complexity. We have packages available that have been pre-priced, and offer significant design options; however, although these sample homes are very attractive, they may not be your personal choice. The best approach is to fax or mail us your plan and let us give you an estimate, or contact us for more information on our package options and design services.

Allpro was founded on the principle of having a 'system' available that allows the owner/builder, as well as the contractor, to be involved with their project. We do recommend that someone be on site that understands the building process and framing, other than that, the 'system' is exceptionally straight forward. Are you a modular builder? A quick answer is no. We are basically one step beyond conventional 'stick' framing by taking the plan and panelizing the exterior as well as interior walls in a controlled plant before delivery to site. We then supply all the materials needed to get your home to a 'lock-up' stage, thus, the Allpro package home. What flexibility do I have for design's and plans? Unlimited flexibility. We are a 100% custom design/supply panelized Company and can work with any plan and/or design one for you from scratch. You are not restricted to selecting a plan off our site. We provide pre-priced plans as a way of helping you see what a specific house would cost for preliminary budgeting. What's included in a material "package" from Allpro? Our standard specifications are listed on our site here. Do I have to choose one of your plans or can I supply my own? Allpro is a 100% Custom supply Company. You can select any plan off the net and/or send us your custom prints. We will work with you on your design idea's. Will I pay more using a custom plan vs. your pre-priced homes? No. Each plan is individually priced and there is no price advantage using our pre-priced plans. They are on our site as a reference to show what a similar house package may cost. What are the financial benefits? The U.S. dollar is worth @ $1.14 in Canada , add to that the world recognized Canadian building quality and materials which in most cases exceed the U.S. codes, and you have a practical reason to explore the Allpro System. Shipping would vary depending on where you are building. We have a plant in Calgary and plants in Montreal Quebec, New Brunswick, Ontario and Vancouver, B.C.. We have shipped as far as Florida from our Calgary plant very cost effectively. Most homes are 2-3 loads based on a 48' flat deck load.
